I spent more than ten years in hostile environments facing extreme stressors while working with diverse cultures and communities. Contract work was an excellent way to make a living. It supported my continuous professional development and enabled me to identify what is truly important to me.
During one of my fitness holidays in Thailand in 2015, my coach shared his NeuroPhysics Therapy experience. I immediately searched for evidence of NeuroPhysics Therapy's impact on people's lives. What struck me most from what I read was Ken's incredible success with spinal cord injury patients. Their hope was revived with NeuroPhysics Therapy long after other medical professionals had given up on them. I imagined what it must be like to have the knowledge & tools to help someone who refused to give up, regardless of their circumstances. I always wanted to be a part of something meaningful, and I knew I had found it.
In 2016 I decided to take a break from my contract and live in Thailand. I had already studied various holistic modalities at this stage, including nutritional therapy, hypnotherapy, and integrative coaching. I gained valuable experience as a wellness coach, working with clients from all over the world. This experience enabled me to become client-focused and develop the ability to cultivate compassionate rapport with others.
I have always imparted my knowledge to others when I can to help improve their quality of life. My initial interest in medicine while abroad led to my medical qualifications, dealing with injuries firsthand and seeing their effects on people. All of this experience has led me to where I am now, and it's all valuable experience.
My life has always revolved around sport, health and nutrition one way or another, and it is a big part of who I am today. I have always wanted to help others and have found the most comprehensive and transformative way to do that through NeuroPhysics Therapy.
